Thi’s Compassionate
Approach to Pain:
1) Listen to it
2) Touch it
3) Release it
4) Stretch it!

Rewiring the Machine
This holistic, dynamic, and synergistic approach was experienced before it could come in the form of words. Thi truly believes pain is the body’s megaphone to alert that something is wrong. But left unchecked, pain can work against you and the body continues to send the signals and the brain continues to send enforcements. The alarm may still be sounding off. This is when one must “rewire” the machine. To remedy the situation, Thi will go back and see where the dysfunction occurred and allow the body an opportunity to experience that memory one last time before releasing it. Immediately following, one may be emotional and have flashbacks of repressed memory. Since Thi is not trained in psychotherapy, she focuses only in the realm she knows best, the body. She will listen to the body and be a mere witness.

Checking In
There is a major disconnect in America and the modern technological world today. How much does one have to buy to make one happy? How many more desserts and sweets must one eat to feel joy? What do we have to do to make ourselves feel better? Simply, BE SILENT. Checking into your higher self, your soul, your Atma, is the beginning of a beautiful and archaic relationship. It is the feeling of coming home, befriending your best friend - yourself. “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” means I bow to the divine teacher within, Ong, the creator who created this creation. In yoga, we set an intention before we practice, synonymously, in life we set an intention (purpose) before we incarnate. Dr Sankey once said, “We are all looking for our missing puzzle piece” and once found, we will feel complete. The puzzle piece is not necessarily a person, place, or thing. It's a feeling of living a purposeful life. Why are YOU here?

Proper Breathing
When the body experiences stress, it takes shallow breaths mainly in the upper chest cavity. Not only does this require the heart and smaller muscles to work harder to obtain adequate oxygen levels, over time, it causes constrictions and limits range of motion. By taking deep breaths originating in the belly, the diaphragm acts as a pump to move the breath upward into the heart and finally into the clavicles, each breath then acts as a massage onto the spine. Without engaging the diaphragm, the upper thoracic spine locks into place and a domed back slowly forms into what many call the “fighter’s crouch.” Prana, life force is in the breath you inhale because without breath, there is no life. So, go ahead, take a deep breathe and let’s begin.

The Familiar Touch
Touch transcends time and space. Before the age of 6 and the development of linguistics, one learned from touching and being touched. There is something so subtle about touch that words cannot express. Thi is a spiritual warrior of the utmost highest integrity and caliber and her touch conveys safety, security, strength, power, compassion, and unconditional love. The body retains memories in the cells and a specific loving touch will render suppressed memories and surface traumatic and unprocessed experiences. Thi is committed to holding the space for your healing as her treatments range from subtle energetic transference, to deep listening, to soothing touch, to deep musculature redefinition, and penetrating bodywork. Thi provides what your tissues need and you don’t even have to speak. She just listens to the subtleties of your body language. Physical Movement is highly recommended post treatment to fully integrate the work.
