Foundations, Level 1 Teacher Training

This is a KRI and Yoga Alliance certified This is a 220-Hour training program that certifies you to be an internationally recognized yoga instructor by the Kundalini Yoga Research Institute and the Yoga Alliance. Teacher Training is a concentrated program to take you to the depths and heights of your Soul. It prepares you to hold the space as an instructor as you learn the roles and responsibilities of a teacher in and out of a classroom setting.  The program takes you on an educational journey of the body including: Yogic and Western Anatomy, movements, postures (asanas), modifications, body alignment, and body awareness.

Understanding the Qi flow in the various regions of the body from gross to subtle, through breath exercises (pranayam) developing the breath capacity and stamina.  Befriending the mind and applying Yogic Philosophy, one can view the world from a wise and practical approach instead of from the personal, reactive ego base.  We develop the relationship to the zero space of ultimate silence (shuniyaa) to know and experience our core truth.  By directing the focus (dristi), the mind is actively engaged while simultaneously holding several points of awareness.  This strengthens the mental focus and polarisation to break the fog of duality and confusion.

Humanology teaches us how to properly care for our physical form and honor the promoting habits that demonstrate radical self care.  Learning to care for the complete system like hair, skin, hormones, diet, sleep, relaxation, and sex.  The main goal of this training is to develop a strong relationship with your word, more specifically personal commitment, which is the key to your daily practice.  Kundalini Yoga is a practice of self-love that builds your self confidence so you can ultimately discover the courage to be You!

The consciousness of a Teacher develops your intuitive intelligence to communicate in a more effective and compassionate way.  Everyone you come in contact with feels/senses your elevated frequency which uplifts all.

You are the gift to the Planet.

Come with an open mind and an open heart and be ready to embark on an exciting adventure

  • Take time to explore the dynamics of your relationships and how you interact with others.  Do you notice repeating patterns of attracting difficult situations and people into your life?  Are you easily frustrated and feel defeated or unacknowledged?  Ultimately, the relationship you have with yourself, your soul, is reflected back to you in every relationship you engage in (friendships, romantic partners, family dynamics, and professional).  Let's explore your relationship patterns and dissect and address the problematic, undesirable, uncomfortable parts of those relationships.  Instead of being caught up with the powerful emotions, let's diffuse it and honestly look at it and accept it.  Deciding if it is useful to engage or if it is time to release the patterns.  This is a rare chance to uncover some deep truths.

  • Effective communication is when you launch a series of words, body language, tone of words, choice of words it has an impact on the other person and it leads to a desired action. How you say, what you say, why you say, when you say, either makes an imprint or it does not. Most of the time, we communicate ineffectively and are caught up in the reaction of our words. We end up not meaning what we say or how it was said. Communicating becomes difficult and filled with emotional reactions and we get frustrated or worst, we become triggered. Learn how to communicate in 11 words or less and get the results you want. Become mindful of the situation, choose the words that the other person can understand, and say it in a tone/manner that the other person can hear. • Explore the three rings of success as we seek and identify our purpose.  The 7-year cycle of Consciousness affects how our gained awareness influences our life decisions.  The 11-year cycle of Intelligence affects how we see ourselves, our identity. The 18-year cycle of Energy affects our life force and the corresponding physical body conditions. What is your purpose and why did your soul take incarnation? What is your focus?  Does what you do support your purpose?  If not, how can you craft a life that is fulfilling and joyful?

Every 11 years that sense of identity shifts and aligns with the consciousness as it expands every 7 years.  So who you were at the cluster years as a young adult between the ages of 18, 21, and 22 is not who you are now.  You learned from your mistakes, you are wiser, more intelligent, and are now making better decisions that have long-term effects.  What you like every 7 years you tend to outgrow or dislike. Sculpt your life so that it accurately reflects your current state of consciousness, intelligence, and energy now.
